Order cancellation and refund
Cancellation of the order: the customer has the right to cancel the order before delivery of the shipment to the shipping company, if the shipment is canceled after the order is executed, only the value of the product will be refunded and the value of the shipment will be deducted.

Refund: the refund will be made within the specified period within 7 working days from the receipt of the shipment from the shipping company by bank transfer from the store account. If you cancel the order and the payment is made by credit card, please note that it may take 14 working days for the amount to appear on your bank statement once the payment is processed by the financial department.
